Reservation Process
A
reservation receipt is issued on payment
of booking fee of 2%, which reserves a specified
property for a maximum period of three weeks.
The booking fee becomes the property of
the seller upon payment of the same by the
purchaser.
Within
three weeks of the purchaser paying the
reservation fee, the purchaser must sign
a reservation form for the specified property
and pay the balance (3%) due thereunder.
The reservation fee will be adjusted against
the first payment due under the reservation
form.
Completion Date
Construction
is anticipated to commence in July 2006
and the development is expected to be completed
in Aug 2008.
