The Diamond at Dubai Sports
City
The
Diamond will be a five-star condo hotel located at
the West Gate of Dubai Sports City within Dubailand.
Featuring a contemporary design, its faceted corners
will be constructed completely of glass to reflect
the sunlight, just like a cut diamond.
The Diamond will have 14 stories containing
114 fully-furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom
condo hotel units. Most units will include balconies
offering golf or park views. Other amenities and services

in the world. Currently under construction it will

Championship Golf Course
The Diamond expects to achieve high
occupancy rates from athletes, team staff and spectators
who will visit Dubai Sports City year-round. It will
also benefit from vacationers visiting Dubailand's
many theme parks and Dubai's beaches which are just
a 15-minute drive from the condo hotel.
Construction on The Diamond will begin
November 2006 and is scheduled to be complete
by spring 2008. Prices start at $186,436 (subject
to change).
